Current IEEE membership is required to receive the member registration rates.

Only member or non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. Student registration fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he or she has to pay the full member or non-member registration fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper; they have to pay the member fee.

The registration is not considered final until the payment is received.

Full conference registrations include entrance to all sessions, one copy of the CD-ROM proceedings, and all food functions. Student/Life registrations receive all but admission to the VPPC 2007 Banquet and Entertainment night on Tuesday, which may be purchased separately if desired. See Step 5 to purchase additional tickets.

If no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

NOTICE: An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration form and the full-fee payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by August 14, 2007.

Please provide the numbers of papers (digits only, without the prefix) that you want to pay for in this registration, separated by commas. Please be sure to type in the correct numbers since papers for which the registration fees have not been paid will not be included in the proceedings.

As stated on the submission page, if your final manuscript exceeds 8 pages, there is a service fee of 100.00 USD per page (up to 2 additional pages per paper). Please indicate the total number of extra pages for all your papers.

2. VPPC 2007 BANQUET & ENTERTAINMENT:
Only member and non-member full fee registrants receive a ticket to the conference banquet and entertainment on Tuesday, September 11, 2007. Additional tickets may be purchased for 60.00 USD each. (Please note: Additional tickets may or may not be available for purchase at the conference (on site) for Wednesday night's event due to the special nature of the event.)
